We managed end-to-end production for multiple stand-up shows, including two back-to-back sold-out performances for Gurleen Pannu and Aashish Solanki in their auditorium tours. Our scope covered full show management including curation, ticketing, sales, venue coordination, artist management and backstage operations.
We started with venue selection and show curation, working closely with the artists to shape the format. From there, we handled pre-planning, ticketing, lights, tech coordination, guest lists, and on-ground execution. Every element was managed to ensure smooth backstage flow and a seamless experience for both performers and the audience.
